Please review the following policies before booking with Paris Exotic Minks. By scheduling an appointment and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
BOOK NOW$20 Non-Refundable Deposit
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required when
booking your appointment with Paris Exotic Minks.
Your appointment is not considered secured until the deposit
has been successfully submitted.
The $20 deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your
scheduled service.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance for your lash service is due at your appointment unless otherwise stated during the booking process. The $20 deposit is credited toward your service total. Any additional services, upgrades or add-ons will be added to the remaining balance.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available to complete
your lash service.
If you arrive excessively late, Paris Exotic Minks reserves
the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment in order to
avoid delaying the next client.
Your $20 deposit will remain non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide as much
notice as possible.
All appointment deposits are
non-refundable, including the $20 booking deposit.
A new deposit may be required when scheduling a future appointment.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact
Paris Exotic Minks before your scheduled appointment time.
Approved rescheduling requests may allow your deposit to be
transferred to a new appointment at the discretion of
Paris Exotic Minks.
Repeated rescheduling may require a
new $20 non-refundable deposit.
No-Shows
Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without
contacting Paris Exotic Minks will be considered a
no-show.
No-show clients will automatically lose their
$20 deposit and may be required to submit a
new deposit or additional payment before being allowed to book
another appointment.
Appointment Preparation
Please arrive to your appointment with
clean natural lashes.
Your eyes and lashes should be free of mascara, strip-lash glue,
eyeliner, oils and heavy makeup around the eye area.
Excessive makeup or residue may take additional time to remove
and can affect lash retention and the amount of time available
for your service.
Lash Fills
Lash fill appointments are intended for clients who still have
an appropriate amount of lash extensions remaining.
If too many extensions are missing or the remaining lashes have
excessive outgrowth, your appointment may need to be changed
from a fill to a full set and the service price
may be adjusted accordingly.
Foreign Fills
Lash extensions applied by another lash artist must be evaluated
before Paris Exotic Minks performs a fill.
If the existing lash extensions cannot be safely or properly
filled, removal and a new full set may be recommended.
Additional charges may apply.
Lash Retention
Lash retention varies from person to person.
Natural lash shedding, skincare products, oils, sleeping habits,
humidity, lifestyle and aftercare can all affect how long
extensions remain attached.
For these reasons,
Paris Exotic Minks cannot guarantee a specific number
of days or weeks of lash retention.
Aftercare
Proper aftercare is the client’s responsibility.
Clients should follow all aftercare instructions provided by
Paris Exotic Minks.
Keeping your lashes clean and properly maintained is important
for lash health, appearance and retention.
Improper aftercare may result in premature lash loss.
Eye Sensitivity & Safety
Please notify your lash technician of any known allergies,
sensitivities, eye irritation, infections, recent eye procedures
or other concerns before your service begins.
Paris Exotic Minks reserves the right to postpone, decline or
discontinue a service when necessary for the safety of the
client or lash technician.
Completed Services & Refunds
Due to the time, products and labor involved in providing lash
services, completed services are non-refundable.
If you experience a concern with your lashes after your
appointment, please contact Paris Exotic Minks as soon as
possible so the situation can be reviewed.
Guests & Children
To maintain a professional, comfortable and safe environment,
please avoid bringing additional guests or children to your
appointment unless they have been approved in advance.
Only the client receiving the service should be in the service
area unless otherwise authorized.
Appointment Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
Paris Exotic Minks reserves the right to immediately discontinue
a service or refuse future appointments due to threatening,
disrespectful, inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
If a service is discontinued because of client behavior,
the $20 deposit remains non-refundable.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during appointments. Paris Exotic Minks is not responsible for personal property that is lost, misplaced, forgotten or damaged before, during or after an appointment.
Photos & Videos
Paris Exotic Minks may request to photograph or record completed
lash services for portfolio, website, social media or promotional
purposes.
If you do not want your face or lash results photographed or
posted, please notify your lash technician.
Pricing & Service Changes
Prices may vary depending on the lash set, fill, style,
appointment length, removal, add-ons or condition of existing
lash extensions.
Any service upgrades or additional services requested during
your appointment may result in an additional charge.
Right to Refuse Service
Paris Exotic Minks reserves the right to refuse, postpone, reschedule or discontinue a service due to safety concerns, contraindications, inappropriate behavior, repeated policy violations or circumstances that prevent the service from being performed safely and professionally.
Deposit Agreement
By submitting the $20 deposit, you understand
and agree that the deposit secures time specifically reserved
for your appointment.
The deposit is applied toward your scheduled service but is
non-refundable.
Booking an appointment confirms your acceptance of this policy
and all other Paris Exotic Minks Terms & Conditions.
